BlackTip Travel can be made neutral, but not trim.
BlackTip Tech is trim and neutral out of the box (assuming your batteries weigh 1445g each). Inside is a saltwater trim weight plate that should be removed for freshwater diving.

Body tubes of the Blacktip Tech and Exploration are weighted to the correct value using adhesive backed wheel weights inside the tube. Every tube has a different quantity due to materials and manufacturing. If you have multiple tubes of the same type, the weights will most likely be different.
